Was reading up on Flour and Water, an Italian eatery in San Fran that was serving up dishes with this interesting condiment. Anyone see it around town??
Looks easier to make than to buy...
In our family we call it salamora, and its basically lemon juice, crushed garlic, olive oil, some herbs, and a bit of water. You dont really need to buy it.
