Suggestions for Last Minute Office Party

I've been put in charge of an office party for between 15-20 people next week. Budget is approx $100 per person before tax & tip, including drinks. We're in the financial district and are looking for somewhere a bit festive (no steakhouses) but not too festive (no tequila shots, except for maybe Masa's). Thought is an hour of drinks and then dinner.

Any ideas/recommendations from someone who has been to a similar event done nicely?
