"Built Burgers" shipped from Seattle; Anyone Tried These?

These unusual burgers were featured in Nibble's "10 Best of 2010" so i checked them out and they do look rather amazing. Anyone have experience with them? Thanks much.

  1. Not yet. Maybe tomorrow. Hard to imagine theirs are any better than Lunchbox Laboratory. BB's selection reads kinda like an imitation of LL's.

opinionatedchef: Yep, right here in Seattle. Dad had a packing plant and I raise beefcattle. Will let you know if the burger matches up to the Wiredness/Smoothness of the BB site. Which one you want me to taste?

If you ever get to Seattle, Lunchbox Laboratory must be a stop. A HOLE of a location, but that's not why you go. A place where you have to eat with your brain...

kal, for 15 yrs we came to your great city every july - for mountains, food, nurseries. need to get back after a few yr hiatus.

the burgers i'm wanting to order are the: brilliant prosciutto, primo marsala, stellar shortrib, and heavenly lamb. That would be a pretty big lunch for you, eh? :)
i look forw to hearing what you think; i hope you'll be pleasantly surprised.
