Frosted sugar cookies

I've just finished frosting and decorating my sugar cookies and not sure how to store them (fridge or freezer?) since I won't be needing them until 3 days from now...

  1. I'm surprised no one answered your query. What type of frosting, a hard glaze, softer icing or what? I'd freeze them, but if it's a hard sugar glaze or icing it should be fine out on the counter in an air tight container for a few days. Don't refrigerate, the cookies may absorb moisture from the refrigerator and soften.

      Ditto .... just be sure that you use the air tight container for freezing them also.

        thanks, i went ahead and froze them. I didn't know I shouldn't refrigerate sugar cookies! I already refrigerated a batch for a few days...hopefully they still taste ok
