Brunch on Friday? (Hollywood / West Hollywood / Beverly Hills)

Going to the 2:00 matinee of "West Side Story" at the Pantages on Christmas Eve and I need to pick a place to eat beforehand. We're not really lunch at noon type eaters - in all likelihood this will be our first meal of the day - so I'd like to find a place that has a brunch-like menu available at that hour on Friday, and so far I'm coming up blank on anything other than hotel restaurants. Walking distance from the theater would be great for the sake of convenience, but I'm open to anything on the way between home (Venice) and Hollywood. Thanks.

Nope, not mine. I'm not the multiple Chowhound personality type. Thanks for the Belmont suggestion - I didn't realize that they serve breakfast all day.

(I'm not the multiple Chowhound personality type.) - lol...Sometimes couples post (unbeknown to each other) these sorts or requests and only find out later they duplicated the message.

lol fairly certain my significant other is not on chowhound. but yes, we basically asked the same question! but for one week apart.

is Belmont appropriate for a family get-together?
just went to the website and it says something about being the best nightlife... (not exactly my parents' style)

For brunch you are in no danger.

      3. Make the trip a few more blocks south to Toast on 3rd st. Its my go-to brunch spot every time I am in LA.
