You're going to have to travel somewhat, but North Carolina Country Store usually has it. They're in the East New York section of Brooklyn.

I don't believe so. Then again, I haven't looked for it when I was in the area. Are talking about the Atlantic Avenue location? I heard there may be another location on Fulton Street.

They have cooked Smithfield ham by the pound at Zabar's. You can get a whole country ham uncooked, again Smithfield, at Fairway Uptown - they have them hanging over the meat counter in the back. I have seen country hams hanging in Chinatown as well, specifically at the meat shop at the corner of Bayard and Mulberry. All of the above are Smithfield. I have yet to see an Edward's ham in the city.

They have had Duke's at Fairway Uptown and Paramus in the past. As for Cheerwine, don't you think you are pressing your luck?

Yes, bought Duke's there a couple months back, but haven't looked for it since so don't know if it's still in stock.

Now if we could just find somewhere that carries White Lily flour....

Not in Manhattan so this is a bit off topic, but Stinky Bklyn usually has a couple of real country ham selections amongst the cheese.

The smoked ham at Dickson's is excellent. $12 a pound.

Thanks- that's a "city" ham though. Country ham is like smoked prosciutto.
