In case you want something more celebratory than a hamburger for your anniversary dinner, the côte de boeuf for two is pretty much the tastiest hunk of meat in the city, beautifully presented. It's an ample portion, served with a few pieces of split marrow bone and a small salad that comes as a refreshing mid-course, but you can order an appetizer anyway to extend the meal. Modestly sized servings of potatoes and vegetables are available separately. Have a soufflé for dessert.
