okay, y'all were so helpful with my thanksgiving turkey quest, so here's the next question - where do you get your ham? and do you go for spiral cut? i've always heard they tend to dry out, is it true or hooey?

i've done several hams, always good enough, but i'd love some input.

Opinions vary wildly on this board about Honeybaked, but I really like their spiral-cut ham.

Aside from that, I will gladly eat Jamon Iberico de Bellotas year-round, if I can get my hands on any...
