X-mas day and New Years Day - what's open in OC?

OK hounds, anyone know what restaurants are open in OC on these holidays? Any place for Dim Sum in Westminster? Regular Chinese? Bahn Mi or Pho? I'm not looking for a celebratory holiday extravaganza with a special menu, just somewhere with good food.

Both El Rincón Chilango (17th east of Bristol, Santa Ana) and Los Chilangos (Lincoln west of Euclid, Anaheim) will be open from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. They have tamales and I believe they'll have posole that day, so you could have a real Mexican Christmas feast. If that doesn't tempt you, they have excellent pambazos, huaraches, tlacoyos, quesadillas. Call ahead to see if they'll have barbacoa, some of the best in OC; half a pound with a big pile of fluffy homemade tortillas, a big bowl of consomé (with rice, not with garbanzos), salsa and maybe a big cup of champurrado is what the doctor ordered on the weekends.

In Irvine, Have to imagine that both China Garden and Spicy Cafe are open , as typically all Chinese restaurants are open as the only option for those not wanting to eat at home.
If you have a favorite Vietnamese place in Westminster, call it to find out. Most of them will be open as well I have to believe.
