Sunday Brunch in DC

Looking for a fun place for Sunday Brunch to celebrate the boyfriend's birthday. Would like something with a beverage option if possible. Looking for something fun but yummy as well. Live music is a plus but not required. We are in our late 20's and just moved here from NYC. I read something about Twist having a good brunch. I want to be in DC. We live in VA and will be in the city all day. Thoughts??

Perry's is a good idea but not for anyone who is shy. They may literally rip your boyfriend's shirt off, so be aware. It is very fun, though, and the food is generally good.

    2. obvious choice would be the latin dim sum brunch every sunday at Cafe Atlantico. There has been numerous discussions regarding this on this web page

      Cafe Atlantico
      405 8th Street, NW, Washington, DC 20004

This would be my recommendation as well.

      2. Not extremely fun but delicious, cozy and kinda of romantic is Tabard Inn. Great place to celebrate and one of the best brunches in DC.

Agree on Tabard but hard to get a reservation and parking is a nightmare so plan to take Metro - get the donuts!

          1. saving cafe atlantico. want to try estadio-i hear it is yummy. been to tabard inn. heard of georgia browns.

we ended up at chef geoffs downtown. it was ok. it was good not great. service was a little off and the food is nothing to write home about. i do like the atmosphere though.
