Also looking for great thai. Tried Lamai's and eh wasn't so good. Bummer since it's right down the street from my house. Any suggestions?

I have heard Asia's Finest on south Cedar Street near Edgewood has good Vietnamese food, but I have not eaten there. I also like Bangkok House at corner of Saginaw and Cedar. I am looking forward to trying the new Thai place in Okemos.

Thai Princess on Central Park in Okemos opened a few weeks ago, and is an elegant, cozy and upscale Thai eatery with excellent food, robust flavors, a wide variety of dishes you will not find in other Thai places around here, plus professional and friendly service. The owners invested quite a bit in the decor, which bodes well for their commitment to quality in the restaurant. Thai Princess takes it up a notch in the Lansing area.
