Carmela Louise Cafe Opens in Saugus

Just a heads up for local SCV hounds. I have not yet been here but I have been to a few parties that were catered by Chef Laurie Rodgers and really enjoyed her offerings.

I stopped by Carmela Louise in Saugus today. Great shop. I ate a very good Chicken Waldorf Salad Croissant Sandwich. I also tried their carrot cake and it was very good, and we took home a delicious chocolate ganache tart. I am quite happy to have this much needed bakery cafe in Santa Clarita.
