sunday in southern massachusetts recomendation?
I'm going to be at my son's basketball game in Berkley, ma this sunday lunch time.
I am a stranger in a strange land when it comes to Southern Ma
Any lunch/brunch suggestions for this part of MA?

That Dighton, Taunton area is kind of a black hole, Chow-wise. Might be best to continue south on 24 a few miles to Fall River... or New Bedford and explore your Portuguese options...

re: bluerib
Fireside Grille in Middleboro is decent enough for a brunch. It's about 4-5 miles off rt.24 close to 495. Dave's Diner (same owner) is also a Middleboro option. Dave's is another mile or so on the same road (rt.28). Persey's Place in Middleboro is also popular for breakfast/lunch type fare. I don't consider any of these "chow destinations", but are reliably good, serve breakfast/brunch and not far from your route.
