Amarena Cherries in Houston

I've been looking high and low for Amarena in the Houston area, Whole Foods, Phonecia and Rice Epicurian market don't have them. Any ideas?

  1. I have never seen them but some places you might try in addition to what you've mentioned: Nundini's on Shepherd, D'Amico's in the Village, the big Antone's in the Village, Spec's on Smith, downtown.

    1. I just searched Spec's downtown (at www.specsonline.com) and they didn't have them. Have you tried Central Market?

        They are located two blocks east of Shepherd Drive on Washington Avenue (look for the yellow umbrellas) and are open Monday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., Friday & Saturday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., and Sunday from noon to 9 p.m. Parking is located behind the building.
