Amarena Cherries in Houston

I've been looking high and low for Amarena in the Houston area, Whole Foods, Phonecia and Rice Epicurian market don't have them. Any ideas?

    You will overpay, but Williams Sonoma has them.

      Maybe you can call these places

      D’Amico’s Italian Market Café
      5510 Morningside
      Houston, Texas 77005
      Monday – Thursday 11:00am – 10:00pm
      Friday – Saturday 11:00am – 11:00pm
      Sunday 12:00pm – 9:00 pm

      Raia's Italian Market
      4500 Washington Ave, Ste 200
      Houston, TX 77007
      They are located two blocks east of Shepherd Drive on Washington Avenue (look for the yellow umbrellas) and are open Monday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., Friday & Saturday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., and Sunday from noon to 9 p.m. Parking is located behind the building.

        I just searched Spec's downtown (at www.specsonline.com) and they didn't have them. Have you tried Central Market?

          I have never seen them but some places you might try in addition to what you've mentioned: Nundini's on Shepherd, D'Amico's in the Village, the big Antone's in the Village, Spec's on Smith, downtown.
