Help! Can someone tell me what "lineups milk" is??!
Hi Everyone,
I was looking at recipes because I want to bake a Leek Casserole. One of the recipes listed "LINEUPS MILK" as an ingredient. I have no idea what this is, nor can I find a definition online or in my dictionary.
Does anyone know what "lineups milk" is? And can I use regular milk or 1/2 & 1/2 instead?
Thanks!

Looks like this is the original recipe source:

I'm also bewildered by 'lineups'. Brand name? Typo?
(And unrelated, why doesn't the green part of leeks get the love? So sad.)

re: paulj
I agree - this is definitely a typo, you don't want to try to make this unless you already know enough about quiches to know exactly how much milk this will require.
And Duchess - it's quite common for recipes to call for using only the white part of leeks - the green can be awfully tough and fibrous.
