Looking for Christmas Eve Dinner in/near Norfolk

My son and his family are in the Navy, stationed in Norfolk. We will be visiting over the Christmas holiday. We would like to go out for Christmas Eve dinner - 4 adults, 2 kids (5 and 6).
Doesn't have to be fancy, but would like the food to be good and reasonable. A place with both steak and seafood offerings is preferred.

Any guidance would be helpful. :-)

Kincaids at McArthur Mall in downtown Norfolk has a big enough menu to satisfy all, and is usually pretty good.

Razzo in Ocean View is very good, but is primarily an Italian restaurant.

Stove in the Port Norfolk section of Portsmouth is good.
