Restaurants in Hanoi?

Hi! I am traveling to Vietnam for the first time. Can anyone please recommend some good restaurants in Hanoi? Price is no limit, but I am looking for real nice (or decent) restaunrats, whether it's a Vietnamese, French, or whatever. Besaides, any good, clean, upscale and safe bars for afterhour drinks? Thanks! :)
