I had another post up about bad dim sum at mandarin kitchen, which was probably frozen and reheated. how does yangtze compare. if it isnt freshly made on the premises, i'm not interested.

i like yangtze a whole lot more than jun bo and mandarin kitchen. although the selections might be limited, it tastes fresher and a lot better. if you go early, you dont need to wait for a long time like you do at mandarin kitchen.

Went there last Sunday and dim sum was great. Confirmed with restaurant that everything is made freshly there - not frozen. Impressed.

I think it's one of the better dim sum options in the Twin Cities. I have never inspected their kitchen or freezer.
