Access to commerical kitchen for food entrepreneurs

Anything like this in the Boston area? If so, just imagine what yummy things are being made there for us Hounds to discover!

    There's one in the Brewery complex in JP called Crop Circle Kitchen.

      I can't recall the name but there is at least one more of these facilities - I've seen it on TV and saw it mentioned in an issue of Edible Boston a few years ago.

        You may be thinking of Nuestra Culinary Ventures - I recalled reading about them some time ago as well. Crop Circle actually took over their operations in 2009.

            There's a group with plans to start up a Cambridge one, but apparently they don't have space yet. http://www.cambridgecommunitykitchen.org

              That is the group I am aware of- they are hard at work to make it happen.
