Access to commerical kitchen for food entrepreneurs

There's one in the Brewery complex in JP called Crop Circle Kitchen.

I can't recall the name but there is at least one more of these facilities - I've seen it on TV and saw it mentioned in an issue of Edible Boston a few years ago.

You may be thinking of Nuestra Culinary Ventures - I recalled reading about them some time ago as well. Crop Circle actually took over their operations in 2009.
