Way above average by the woeful standards of most restaurant web sites, no clicks for the essentials, no PDFs or flash, actually renders nicely on an iPhone, and doesn't look like complete crap on a Blackberry which is an achievement. The people thing is fun but frankly a waste of somebody's money. Why it took 2+ years is a complete mystery.

I quite like the people profiles!
It's endearing, and the way it takes up the whole page is nice.

I like the people profiles-they are obviously proud of their staff and confident in low turnover. That speaks volumes.

As a nice add on, it's great, as a reason to delay the whole site for months and months not so much. As for what this says about turnover, time will tell, I wish I had a nickel for every site I see with staff profiles of people who haven't worked in a place for months.

one profile already says that they will be leaving soon...

Thought the food was the point. Why all the oversharing?

This is one oif the best web sites I've ever seen, never mind on a food theme or not.

I agree. I think it was worth the wait. I'd rather them get it right the first time then spend two years and various site trying to figure it out. I think it fits their brand to a tee! I'm so impressed I may send them a note about it!
