Is there anything i must eat(loca.) at Port Canaveral for the range of 10$ - 20$ a person?

Also is there anything i must eat at cocoa beach that is somewhat close to the bus stop from Port Canaveral?

  1. There are a number of spots in Port Canveral that meet that. There's a section by the water transit canal (just past the crusie port area) called the Cove that has 4 places all similar in seafood offerings...Rusty's, Fishlips, the Grill and Millikens. Down by the nearest hotels-Radisson, Country Inn & Suites, Renassance Inn- is Zachary's which has affordable American and Greek food.

Not sure which bus stop you're referring to but there are place in Cocoa Beach near and at the pier. Pompano Grill on Brevard and N 1st Street would be an excellent choice but some items could be just outside your price range. Old Fish House hon the causeway isn't fancy but has decent food and all you can eat blue crabs in season. and then there's the Surf Bar and Grill on Atlantic that's been around for over 60 years, just avoid their oyster bar.

    Pompano Grill
110 N Brevard Ave, Cocoa Beach, FL 32931

    Old Fish House Restaurant
249 W Cocoa Beach Cswy, Cocoa Beach, FL 32931

how far away is cocoa beach from port canaveral?

      1. re: woodside11377

4 miles to the pier. Straight down A1A, called Astronauts Blvd in PC and Atlantic in CB. Everything else mentioned in CB is within a 1/2 mile radius of the pier.

Is your cruise stopping here as a port or embarking from here?

My first stop from NYC is PC. Which bus gets me closest to pompano grill?

woodside11377, I don't live in the area and haven't taken public transportation when in Port Canaveral or Cocoa Beach because we usually drive there. But the Space Coast Area Transit has a site with a Planner and maps that'll help you. I think it's Route 9 Beach Trolley. But you may have to grab a cab from the pier to one of the stops (maybe the Cove where Grills is). The port area isn't conducive to walking, no shoulder, no side walks, lots of traffic.

            Here's the website for SCAT

            Have a great cruise,
