Where to get Spanish chorizo and ricotta salata?

Hi folks,
Any idea where to get these items? I didn't find them at Trader Joe's, and I haven't checked Kowalski's thoroughly yet. I live in the Summit-University area. Thanks!

I have found chorizo at my local 'mega mart' grocery stores (Cub, Rainbow, Radermachers) around the fresh salsa area (usually near the shredded cheeses). It’s probably not the highest quality around, but when I have used it tasted just fine for me and they usually have a pork and beef variety.

      thats not Spanish.

Byerly's, Surdyk's(as mentioned), Coastal Seafood, IIRC Kitchen Window, Ken Liss'(sp?) new place at that liquor store on Lake might he used to carry Iberico ham...

pretty sure the wedge carries ricotta salata, so likely seward as well, surdyks...

Surdyk's will have both chorizo and the ricotta salata. The Kowalski's and Byerly's/Lunds near me sell the Palacios brand Spanish Chorizo, not sure about the ricotta salata.
