Lunch only - Beer and Wine

Does anyone know of a restaurant that is only open for breakfast and lunch - no dinner - west hollywood or westside - with beer and wine license.

Not quite West Hollywood, but The Griddle is breakfast-lunch only and has beer. It would be an ideal spot for a pop-up.

Snug Harbor - Santa Monica - [phone] ~ Closes at 3 p.m. and "has" beer, but no wine (and you can't bring any wine with you).

Is there such a thing as a beer "only" license ?

I always assumed if you were licensed for one your were licensed for the other.
