If we like Perbacco, Boulevard, and similar, what else to try?
We have a group regularly travelling to San Fran on business, and the client is big on going to dinner every single night, and it is almost always 5 or so people, so reservations are a must and we're running out of options to try without always going back to the same spots!
Perbacco and Boulevard are examples of places that have been big hits, and we like to be able to walk from the hotel or occasionally a short cab ride (St. Regis or Palace, usually). We had a good meal at XYZ at the W last week as well, but La Mar was ok but not great.
Having moderately casual options to add to the mix would also be nice as huge meal night after night gets old. Client is not terribly adventurous in terms of food type so we have to stay fairly mainstream.
What are some other places we should put on the list to try? Thanks!

Prospect -- the new restaurant by the Boulevard team. Ducca? Fifth Floor? Town Hall? Piperade? For more casual, since you like Perbacco you might want to check out Barbacco. There have been some recent threads on dining around Moscone that might give you some ideas.

And I've found Kokkari good for corporate groups like this.

I second the Prospect recommendation since you guys like Boulevard, and also second Quince.
I would also add to your options:
-- Contoga, the new place from Quince
-- Wayfare Tavern, the Tyler Florence financial district restaurant
-- Michael Mina's new place in old Aqua spot if you have the expense account

You have lots of good recommendations already. Anchor & Hope is great if a fish and seafood place is OK with the client. I haven't tried the other places nearby from the same group (Salt House and Town Hall) but they get good reviews too. All may be a bit on the noisy side though.
