Private Chef for Dinner Party NYE

My boss is looking for a fantastic private chef for a dinner party of 15 at his home on Park Avenue. The entire meal needs to be prepared in his kitchen and he'll want some 'helpers' that can assist with serving and cleaning up. Not looking for a 'caterer' ... Any suggestions?

Um it's been only 2 hours. Plus this is sort of a last minute request. Did you try googling private chef NYC or some such thing?

I'm used to more active forums... yes to all googleing and called many agencies as well. I have a few on deck now but was hoping that there would be a personal referral... I'll probably have a contract signed by then, lol.

I have had very good experiences with Amy Kate catering. She has done a gallery reception and a sit down dinner for 12 for me. Delicious food, very nice person and had good servers.
