Goose in the GTA?

Hi Chowhounds!

I am thinking about preparing goose this Christmas instead of our traditional Turkey (we have alot of dark meat lovers so I think the change will go over well!)
I am hoping someone can tell me where I should go to buy Goose, what the cost is per kg, and how large a goose I would need to serve 10 people?

Since I don't have a double oven for two geese, I think we will be sticking to turkey this year

The Butchers on Yonge has goose. Marlon was saying the other day that it seems to be what everyone wants this Christmas.

I've seen goose for sale at the St. Lawrence Mkt.

A friend served goose last year and mentioned they were able to order it at Cumbrae's on Church.

The current price is $5.25/lb and they indicate that the max size is around 13 lbs. You probably need two geese for 10 people.
