New Year's Eve

Hey fellow Houstonians!

Anyone have recs for a good semi-special dinner on NYE? My bf and I would like to go out earlier in the evening and get back home before all the crazies come out. ;-)

If it helps, we live on the SE side so we'd be fine with Clear Lake area, downtown, midtown, River Oaks, possibly Galleria....

I would think you could get in just about anywhere for the early seating.

Sure. I guess I was asking more about food, ambiance, maybe a place that has something special going on early.

Rainbow Lodge is giving sneak peeks at their NYE menu on FaceBook and it sounds delicious - they're always a special place to go, and they've got two seatings - 6:00 and 8:30.
