meatless on the strip

Looking for a fabulous place to go for a birthday/anniversary dinner on Sunday, Dec 26 on the strip before a show. Price is not important. Need suggestions for excellent selection of meatless and shellfish free entrees for a non meat eater and someone with a shellfish allergy. Thanks!

  1. Lakeside Grill @ the Wynn has a Vegetarian Menu as well as a Vegan menu.
Its a beautiful new restaurant. It seems as if most of the Wynn restaurants now offer separate Veggie/Vegan offerings. (Steve Wynn is Vegan)
    Most restaurants are very accomodating.....

There's a difference between vegan and vegetarian? I didn't know that.

      1. re: mucho gordo

Vegetarians don't eat animals, vegans don't eat any animal products.

Let me get this straight, lingua; they won't eat animals but will eat animal products??? How is that possible? Can you give me an example?

          1. re: mucho gordo

Vegans don't eat eggs or dairy, or any other animal byproduct.

      1. Bradley Ogden at Caesars and Sage at Aria have great vegetarian options on their menus. Michael Mina at Bellagio has a full vegetarian tasting menu. And thanks to Steve Wynn's recent conversion, all Wynn and Encore restaurants now have vegetarian AND vegan menus!
