Retro dinner after show?

I am going to see Promises, Promises on Broadway on Sunday. Any retro cool restaurants in the area to stay with the Mad Men type vibe of the day?

    Sardi's.

Not stellar food but then again, the food in New York wasn't that great in the 1960s.

Sardi's is a great suggestion. The food is not "stellar" but it's fine.

        Great idea (Sardi's). Also Frankie & Johnnie's, if they're open post-theater.

The bar alone is worth it.

A lot of the "old school" places are pretty pricey and/or not well reviewed. Which is more important?

Walk to Keens and have a drink in the pub room?

There's also the Lamb's Club in the Royalton Hotel.
