There was a chocolate tasting at the Urban Fare in Coal Harbour last month, and chocolate-covered bacon was being sold at the time. I'm not sure if it's a regular product, but I'd suggest giving them a call.
Also, Mink Chocolate Cafe used to have a bacon-flavoured creme-filled chocolate, you might want to check if they still carry that variety. http://www.minkchocolates.com/

We had bacon & chocolate gelato at Bella the other week, also in that area. It was phenomenal.

Xoxolat Chocolaterie (2391 Burrard Street) carries a bar called the West Coast Breakfast -- chocolate with bacon and expresso beans. Not exactly chocolate covered bacon but close..

FWIW Xoxolat has another bar with bacon in it (Vosges, IIRC http://www.vosgeschocolate.com/catego...) as well, though I don't recall being blown away by the porky goodness therein...

re: grayelf
Gourmet Warehouse sells the Vosges bars as well. Bacon comes in milk and dark chocolate. I bought a dark chocolate and was underwhelmed - the saltiness came through nicely but the bacon tasted burnt. Maybe its better in the milk version but the dark was just meh, IMO
