Chocolate in blocks in Amsterdam

Hi fellow Amsterdam dwellers ...

I'm looking for chocolate sold in big hunks for making things like this:

I've so far only seen small buttons sold at great expense in some of the fancy chocolate shops. Where would you go instead for buying chocolate supplies?

    Yes, chocolatl on Hazenstraat has premium bulk baking chocolate in packages of about 1kg.

      The Puccini on the Singel does sell blocks of Varhona FYI.

      Do not know if you have access, but you can certainly buy bulk chocolate at Makro and Hanos/ISPC

        I think Puccini sells blocks of Valrhona and Callebaut. I've seen it at their shop near Waterloopplein (not the one on Singel).

        You could check ot Delicious Foods in Westerstraat,. they have a lot of high quality stuff sold in bulk.

        also, there's a new chocolate shop called Chocolatl, in the Hazenstraat. www.chocolatl.nl
        no much info on their website but I've seen some rave reviews on Twitter so it might be worth checking out.
