Prawns flambeed in Ouzo
We go to a Greek restaurant in Banff Alberta that serves a dish they call " Prawns Ouzaki". From what i can tell it's just prawns flambeed in Ouzo, although I'm sure there is more ingredients . I've found some recipes online that include either cream, or tomatoes and feta, but the dish we had was more basic. I'm a complete amateur cook, and I'd love some ideas on how to make this dish!
