I Pasta in West Chester

FrancisdeR Dec 12, 2010 05:50 AM

Checking out the Serpentine Art Gallery in WC yesterday, and stumbled on I Pasta, a few doors away from Nonna's. I walked in there mid-afternoon and talked to the owners. It's a mom and pop place that make their own pasta. Seems moderately priced (about $10, good deal for home made). Not fancy decor, but looks comfortable to sit in. At this stage, they have neither a website nor a takeout menu, but the son told me they were working on it.

It made a nice enough impression we'll be trying it in the not-too-distant future. We'll report back. We'd love to hear if anyone has tried it.

Thanks for letting us know about this place. Is it a restaurant or a grocery?

Restaurant. The only thing for sale seemed to be Christmas cakes (possibly Stollen, or the Italian version thereof).
