Galadrielle, is this Regina's recipe??? I went there from 86-91 and still crave those cookies! They had given us the recipe in Economie Familiale but I lost it when my parents renovated their kitchen and threw it out! If this is that recipe I am eternally grateful to you! Merci beaucoup et joyeuses fetes!
I really don know if that recipe belong to regina's,...but one thing I know ; nobody could ever make galettes like the woman ho worked at the cafeteria of the St. Paul high school. Because her cookies where delicious and desapered as soon she maid them . And she worked at 5 others high schools...it was and old French recipe.
