The Basil Pot in Columbia S.C.

One of my wife's favorite restaurants was The Basil Pot, which is now closed. I am trying to find a copy of their cookbook. Any suggestions?

I don't know this restaurant at all, but you might be able to find the former owner's information by checking who was on the business license with the city, and then ask him or her.

Basil now owns Rosewood Market and Deli http://www.rosewoodmarket.com/

You might call and ask them.

I saw Basil and he said to e-mail him about the Basil Pot Cooklet. He still has a couple and can make a photocopy for you.

They used to have all the spinach lasagna and wine you wanted on Thursday nights. Great fun.
We owned a copy of their cookbook but I'm afraid it went when I thinned the collection a couple of years ago.
          Good luck!

Sorry just finding this. I have kept the recipe booklet and it is tattered and stained, but will use it again tonight for bran muffins. Did you receive yours?
