Wyckoff bakery closed? Need other suggestions....

Just heard that Wyckoff Bakery has closed....can anyone confirm this? My 3rd child's first birthday is coming up, and it's been a tradition to get an Elmo cake from the Wyckoff Bakery for each of my kids. It's a 3D Elmo head...not a sheet cake with an image of Elmo on it. Anyone have any suggestions for a Bergen County bakery that can do something similar? The beauty of the cake from Wyckoff was that not only did it look good but it tasted great!!

      1. if you still need a place, try Palermo's in Ridgefield Park:

        1. I just read that the pastry chef from Wyckoff Bakery is now at Lotito's Deli at Ramsey Interstate. Never been there...but I will check it out.

The owners of Wyckoff Bakery are in fact at Lotito's Deli in Ramsey...they have a big case at the front of the store and are still making custom cakes. Just ordered one for my son's party this weekend!

          2. Wyckoff Bakery is not closed, nor are they located at the aforementioned Lotito's in Ramsey. In fact, Wyckoff Bakery is now located within Mary Ann's Gourmet Market located at 1011 MacArthur Blvd in Mahwah, NJ and are once again baking delicious breads, cookies, pastries and cake.

              Thanks for the heads up.

I have passed by Mary Ann's numerous times, have peaked in, but haven't walked in yet. I know the previous deli/store and just haven't had the chance to stop in.

So is Wyckoff Bakery doing all their baking there, on-premises?
