BYOB or winelist at Providence
Going to Providence in a month or so. Since they do not put their wine list online, am l better in BYOBing or sticking to the list ?. Corkage is 30/bottle.

I've usually gone with the chef's menu and the wine pairings, so I've never really even looked at the list. The wine pairings have been fantastic. If the wines in the pairings are any indication of the list, it is an interesting list.

Just send them an email and ask for a copy of the wine list. I am sure they will send it to you

I usually byob because I want to bring older white Burgs, but if you don't mind younger wines, they have a strong list.
