Rib pot roast
I'm not familiar with this cut, but I got it for a great price at the farmer's market on Sunday. It's flat and square and weighs around 2kg.
I'm considering making sauerbraten for our book group Christmas party on Wednesday. So marinating for a couple of days and then into the slow cooker for 8 hours or so. Or I might braise in the oven. Does anyone know if this method is suitable for ths cut of beef? Any other suggestions?
