Saturday brunch/lunch in Trinity area?

I'm meeting a new friend for lunch/brunch tomorrow; half way between New Port Richey and Zephyrhills. Neither one of us has any idea where we can have a nice light meal. Any ideas? I'm thinking Trinity is 1/2 way between the two...

I like Christo's on little road and SR 54 in Trinity. reminds me of a greek diner. food has always been good, plentiful and reasonably priced.

Grille 54? Not sure if they have brunch or it is good... they just opened one over here by Westchase. Our favorite bartender from WOB likes it ;-)
