Where in LA has late night happy hour?

I'm aware that McCormick & Schmick's offers a late night happy hour starting at 9:30pm or so. The Border Grill, at least the now gone from Pasadena location, did as well.

Is there anywhere else in LA that has a late night happy hour with drink and (most importantly) food discounts later in the evening?

Morton's (downtown, at least) has a couple of happy hours: 4:30pm-6:30pm and 9pm-closing. See http://www.mortons.com/losangeles/ and click on "The Bar." They serve a short menu of inexpensive "Bar Bites" -- four small filet mignon sandwiches for five bucks sounds pretty good; also, "Morton's Prime Burger and French Fries for only $15!" (Rumor is, disgruntled Father's Office customers can obtain ketchup with the right password.) I haven't tried the happy hour, but I used to live next door to the original Morton's in Chicago and always enjoyed their beef and sides -- anything simply prepared, where high-quality ingredients can shine.

Chuy's in Glendale at the S/E corner of Wilson & Maryland. Discounted drinks and mini-buffet w/ ceasar salad. Begins @ 10PM.

The Pacific Dining Car close to downtown LA used to have a sensational late happy hour ... a whole ham, oysters on the half shell and more.

It's been awhile, you may want to call them and ask.

The Santa Monica Border Grill has a late night happy hour, Fridays and Saturdays starting at 10:00 PM.

I know that En Sushi does too and same with Gyu Kaku (at least during the week).
