I would suggest contacting the people at Teatree Café (Jones & Danforth). They have a lentil shepherd's pie on the menu posted on their website, but when I ate there, they had quite a few specials. They seem to focus on vegetarian and vegan dishes and just might be up to making a vegetarian tourtière for you, even if it's not something they've served before.

Saucier Foods makes a vegetarian "meat pie" that is excellent, we bought one from them last year and served it on Christmas Eve for the vegniece she loved it and we tried some and it was excellent. Last year they were running a booth at the Wychwood farmers market but don't seem to be any more.
Culinarium on Mount pleasant carries the Saucier stuff, when we were there today they didn't have the veg pie but I asked and they can order them. Saucier also started doing home delivery last month:

We split a recipe for making your own Vegetarian tourtiere over to our Home Cooking board at: http://chowhound.chow.com/topics/752839

Sorry but I wholeheartedly agree with petpod here. Tourtière is a meat pie. Period. And I don't care what Canadian Living or any celebrity chef says-there is no such thing as a "vegetarian" tourtière. In fact, I consider that heresy.
Perhaps you are looking for a vegetarian pot-pie? A lot of people on this board like Summerhill Market's pot-pies, and while they don't have a vegetarian version online, perhaps you could order one if you called ahead?
Have you tried Pusateri's?

re: piccola
Mods: I suggest you ask posters who aren't interested in providing specific search responses to finding this "product" in Toronto to post whether such a thing exists in the General Topics board and/or the Quebec board. I would be interested in participating in what I believe would be a lively debate with other Chowhounders.
