What do you clean with? [Moved from Home Cooking]

My half sheet cookie sheets get lots of action and look very shiny in the middle, but the corners are
an uncleanable mess. How do you keep your aluminum sheet pans shiny? Usually use silpat or parchment to cover when bake, but the corners are a mess. No amount steel wool cleans. Help!

    I've had good luck spraying on one of the natural citrus based cleaners and letting it soak overnight for some baked on problems. But I also don't stress about that sort of thing too much. If it is hygienic and the "patina" doesn't effect the process, not a problem for me!

      Dishwasher powder onto the stained wet areas (forms a paste). Overnight.
