Snapping Turtle meat

I suddenly have a hankerin' for snapper soup. I don;t particularly like Bookbinder's canned variety. Can't find any restaurant made since Woody's on Pulaski Hwy closed many years ago. Decided to make my own but can't find the meat in the Baltimore area. Can anyone help me on this?
