oleana

Had a nice meal there last night, but I find that they literally take the fork/plate/etc. away from you before you are finished with it. I wish they could just let you eat your meal without doing this. Plus I was distracted (in a bad way) by a famous cooking show host who obviously was on a date with a brunette who did not look like his wife. Too bad, because the food was delicious.
Has anyone else a problem there with hyper-eager table-clearing service?

Good for Christopher Kimball, he and Mr, Rogers are dopplegangers. Maybe it was a "business "meeting,

Never had that issue at Oleana before - off night due to the stah? Is it a secret or can you tell us who it was?

No, I don't think an off night due to a stah... I've found that issue there before. I swear to god, one time the guy clearing off tables grabbed a fork out of my dining companion's hand. No exaggeration.
No, not Flay... more of a new england nerd guy.

Never had that problem. Maybe they were distracted too!
