already have a Victorinox 8" chef knife for most uses, but am very tempted to pick up the Shun Santoku.

    They surely go fast! The sumo santoku and 6" Chef's are gone. The rocking knife is just funny.

      keep an eye on woot.com, they go for a third off. and there's lots particularly during wootoffs.
