Best Gluten-Free Dining?

I'd like to buy a gift card for a restaurant for some friends who only eat gluten-free and I'm having a hard time coming up with some place special. I'd prefer it to not be a chain so no PF Changs, Biaggi's, Wildfire, etc. (they're normal choices since they offer GF menus). Any thoughts on the best restaurant offering gluten-free options in the Twin Cities?

Sen Yai Sen Lek, Brasa and Pizza Luce all have GF specific menus.
The guys at Travail have been ridiculously accommodating to GF requests as well.

Bryant-Lake Bowl has a nice gf menu. good scratch-made food, they use a lot of local stuff.
