  1. Hubby and I went for lunch this weekend. They've done a nice job transforming the decor from it's old space as a Bickfords. The entree selections are extensive - lots of combo platters and salads - most under $ 12.00. My true test of a mexican restaurant is how well they can do chile rellenos. I was not disappointed. Poblano pepper stuffed with cheese, battered and fried, served with a green sauce and guacamole salad. Light, well seasoned and freshly made, the pepper cooked to almost tender, but not soggy at all. Hubby had the vegetarian burrito which was full of veggies, not filler rice, and served with a spicy red sauce. Great margaritas - very extensive tequila list to choose from. This will be our go-to local spot for mexican.

    1. Been there a few times for lunch and dinner and the quality of food and service were very good. I wouldn't cal this authentic Mexican but it's far better than Margarita's and Viva in our area. As MABMQ mentions below the menu is extensive and somewhat creative. Drinks are poured generously. Well worth a visit. I too feel that this is the best Mexican you can get at the moment in the Route 9 area.
