quiche made with egg replacer

has anyone experienced making a quiche with the Ener-G egg replacer? is it worth a try or not very good? i have to start making foods without soy, egg, or nuts and trying to come up with different ideas. thanks!

Yes, you can use it when combined with milk or heavy cream, but try to find a recipe specifically using an egg replacer rather than just adjusting a quiche recipe with eggs. Here's a link to the company website, which has lots of recipes, including quiche:

You may know this already, but if not, 1/2 tablespoon of Ener-G Egg plus 2 tablespoons of water equals one egg.
