Any experience with these Portsmouth, NH area caterers?

Hello all! I live just outside Boston but am getting married in Portsmouth, NH this August. Like everyone else in this economy I'm trying to get good value for my dollar. I want a delicious but well priced buffet for my casual, outdoor wedding reception (approx 100 people). I'm looking at four caterers and am wondering if anyone has worked with these caterers and could give me some feedback.
Pesce Blue (Della Terra Catering)
Mizuna (World Class Catering)
If there are other recommendations I'm all ears.

I would steer clear of Blue Mermaid - I've eaten there at least 5 times and every time I wonder why I go back. The menu reads good but when the food comes out, it's really nothing special. I've used Mizuna for business lunches and although very casual, they do a great job. You should also check out The Green Monkey and Brazo, owned by the same people. I haven't seen their catering menus but love both restaurants. I don't know how you feel about Asian but Li Yuen in Rye (or North Hampton, not sure) does a great job, also.

Have used many caterers, but White Apron is simply the best. I have not used Pesce Blue, and their restaurant food is superb. White Apron has done two weddings and my 50th birthday party, with fois gras souffle, wondrous lamb, gnocchi that was perfection, oysters, sushi, and the best desserts ever, everything made from scratch.
I tend to be demanding of caterers, and Jay has always been extremely responsive.
