Corporate Holiday Party

Hey Interweb,

I am planning a corporate holiday party for a team of about 12 people. We are trying to do something that is recreational yet still adult (hoping to kick back a couple drinks).

We have tried Lucky Strikes but they are booked the day we want to go. We have also tried Top Golf but they too are booked.

Any other suggestions?

Thanks.

This is going to be tough since a lot of places will likely be booked at this point. You can do fondue at the Melting Pot. I've never been but Comet Ping Pong serves pizza, beer and you can play ping pong, so that might be fun.

I also haven't been here yet but H Street Country Club would be fun....if it's not booked.

Finally maybe you can call the folks at Brasserie Beck and see if you can do a beer tasting with your dinner for your group....that's an adult activity right?

CulinAerie cooking class! They keep the wine flowing during class. You can probably upgrade to cocktails too.

How about Bread Soda in Glover Park (they have games and pool tables). My boyfriend had some company parties there and they enjoyed it. Quite casual, bar and deli sandwiches.

or H Street Country Club on H Street NE (miniature golf and Mexican food
          )http://www.thehstreetcountryclub.com/

Both serve alcohol. Not sure about your chances of reserving, but you should give it a shot.
